Overview
Diversity at Work builds on retaining top talent you've hired by improving communication in today's diverse workplace. This highly interactive seminar provides an empowering combination of awareness and skills building. The techniques learned can be applied immediately for improved co-worker and customer interactions.
Participants gain an understanding of the business imperatives of inclusiveness, and the differences that can arise due to cultural, gender, personality, age, disability, sexual orientation or other factors. They learn to identify their own cultural filters; minimize assumptions and/or stereotypes; stay neutral in challenging situations; and adapt their behavior to create more positive work relationships.
